Scouts Quiz Night and Sausage Sizzle
The Scouts held a Quiz Night and Sausage Sizzle to raise money for the summer camp at Chamboree
Thanks to Ian Simm who set the questions and Stan Woods who acted as quiz master.
And to all the scout leaders and parents who provided an excellent supper of sausages and scones with jam and cream.
It was a lovely evening enjoyed by all.

Bible Society Widnes Action Group: Mary Jones Walk 27/05/10
The Farnworth Methodist Church Choir augmented Mrs Gill Beswick's presentation about their sponsored walk following Mary Jones' route, by performing two songs from "Greater Than Gold". Mary's part sung by Judianne Fisher.
